Put the butter to soften in room temperature
Add tempered water and milk together (it should be at your finger temperature so around 37°c)
Crumble the yeast into the water/milk mix and mix with a fork until dissolved. Cover up with plastic and let it rest for a few minutes
Add all the dry ingredients in the kitchen machine bowl
Add the water/milk/yeast and start mixing with the hook
Add 1 egg and keep mixing for a minute
Add the soft butter and mix for another 5 minutes at medium speed
Cover the bowl with plastic and let it rest for minimum 2 hours in room temperature
Cut the dough in 4 equal parts
Roll out each part in your hand and flatten them out when you place them on the tray covered with baking paper
Leave to rest for 1 hour
Put the oven to heat at 200°c (Hot air)
Mix 1 egg yolk with a little bit of water and brush it on to the buns delicately
Add sesame seeds on top
Cook in the oven for approx. 10 minutes
