Equipment

  • Waffle Iron or similar

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Egg
  • 150 ml Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 500 ml Fermented Milk Or normal milk past expiry date
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 750 g Flour Approx

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and let it cool down
  • Mix the eggs and sugar until thickened
  • Add the melted butter
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cardamom
  • Add by alternating the dry ingredients and the milk while whisking
  • Set the mixture to rest for 15-20 minutes
  • Cook the Waffles in the wafle iron until light brown.
  • Serve hot with sour cream and homemade raspberry jam
