Instructions
Melt the butter and let it cool down
Mix the eggs and sugar until thickened
Add the melted butter
Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cardamom
Add by alternating the dry ingredients and the milk while whisking
Set the mixture to rest for 15-20 minutes
Cook the Waffles in the wafle iron until light brown.
Serve hot with sour cream and homemade raspberry jam
