Plum mixture

(room tempered)
Instructions
Plum mixture
Cut the plums in half and remove the pit
Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the plums
Drizzle the sugar over the plums and cook for 8min stiring now and then
Add the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes
Using a spoon put the plum mixture into the mini dishes
Crumble
Put the oven to heat at 180°c
Add flour, ground allmonds, brown sugar and butter into a bowl
Crumble the ingredients together using your hands
Spread the crumble on top of the plum mixture
Cook for approx 25 minutes
