Ingredients

Plum mixture

  • 500 g Mirabelle plums
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Freshly pressed Lemon juice

Crumble

  • 50 g Flour
  • 50 g Ground Almonds
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Butter (room tempered)

Instructions

Plum mixture

  • Cut the plums in half and remove the pit
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the plums
  • Drizzle the sugar over the plums and cook for 8min stiring now and then
  • Add the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Using a spoon put the plum mixture into the mini dishes

Crumble

  • Put the oven to heat at 180°c
  • Add flour, ground allmonds, brown sugar and butter into a bowl
  • Crumble the ingredients together using your hands
  • Spread the crumble on top of the plum mixture
  • Cook for approx 25 minutes
